Banco Bradesco (antigo HSBC)

My experience was good there every time, reasonably quick and satisfactory service.

I made a cash deposit at the ATM. The receipt did not come out, according to the attendant the amount would enter the account on the same day or the next day. At this moment, the only information that appears on my statement is deposit in validation. The value is nothing yet. Imagine if it was by check?! I had to select a star to send the comment. If it were possible I wouldn't select any stars!!!!

Since removing the branch from Shopping Conquista Sul, this branch has been managing the accounts that were from there and the service is terrible for 3 days I have been trying to resolve an issue and I can't get a phone call and no one answers the phone, lack of commitment to the bank's customers

Bad service, from the security guards to the management. Messy, disorganized schedule. Archaic agency, I do not recommend. I went to the bank for 3 consecutive days to resolve a simple issue.

Terrible service and does not follow Brasilia time. Opens later and closes earlier.
